Overview

The Meat Clerk II provides meat preparation services, fills service counters and self-service cases, and assists guests at the counter. The role involves using meat equipment up to 60% of the time and may include creating smokehouse products in stores with a Smokehouse.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring quality and freshness of meat and seafood, educating customers, creating a friendly atmosphere, sampling products, and maintaining case stock levels while adhering to health and safety regulations.
