Job description

Minimum requirements:

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills that engage customers and associates.
  • Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information professionally, and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate all production equipment carefully.

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Operating cash registers according to procedures.
  • Working cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
  • Managing conflicts reasonably and cooperatively.
  • Acting with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Following directions and seeking assistance to resolve issues.
  • Supporting minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults through direct interaction.
