Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, maintaining food safety standards, acquiring meat department knowledge, writing orders, and working collaboratively with teammates to complete daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Urgency and ability to complete daily tasks.
• Production driven with repetitive tasks, while standing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work the non-traditional five-day schedule, including weekends.

• Acquire and share knowledge of Meat Department such as sourcing and culinary tips.
• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, raw production, incidental cutting, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
