Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. in Mentor, IN is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Heinen’s Diamond Difference Standards.

You will prioritize daily work, acquire knowledge of the Grocery Department, and write orders while collaborating with your team to stock, rotate and merchandise. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, a sense of urgency, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and a non-traditional five-day schedule.

• Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including: scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.

• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
