Job summary

HP is seeking a senior leader to drive the VMACS team responsible for measurement automation and smart manufacturing platforms across InkJet and Incubation. You will oversee diverse engineers, technicians, and managers, delivering end-to-end solutions, data-driven insights, and scalable manufacturing controls.

Responsibilities include shaping technology roadmaps, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring delivery on commitments while fostering growth and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS or related science.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams as program manager or engineering technical lead.
• Ability to set strategy and develop a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and program managers.
• Excellent planning and execution with accountability.
• Demonstrated people leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) skills.
• Ability to create and execute strategic goals and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to deliver critical business outcomes.
• Drive execution of print quality assessment, manufacturing automation, end-of-line testing, and data collection.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps and investment strategies.

• Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business teams across multiple locations.
