Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking an experienced MTS - Tooling, Vision and Controls Manager to lead the VMACS team across print quality, pen characterization, and end-of-line testing.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across HP businesses including Home Print, PWP, Large Format, SPTS, and SNOW, with partners in Bangalore and Singapore. You will shape technology roadmaps, invest in measurement and automation capabilities, and mentor a diverse engineering team to deliver robust, cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related science.
• 8+ years leading engineer teams as program manager or engineering technical lead.
• Ability to set strategy and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and program managers.
• Drive execution of print quality assessment, manufacturing automation, and data collection platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and resources across HP businesses.
• Develop technology roadmaps and investment strategies for measurement and smart manufacturing.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Oversee department financials and long-term workforce planning.
