Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an MEMS Engineering Manager 1 to lead a MEMS process/product development team focused on fabrication of inkjet components and microfluidic devices. You will define strategy, manage schedules, and drive staff development to meet performance targets across multiple technology roadmaps.

The role requires coordinating with product development, ensuring timely delivery, improving capacity, yield, and cost metrics, and guiding technology transfers to scale

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams in MEMS/process development.
• Strong project management and ability to deliver to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEMS process/product development engineering team for fabrication of inkjet components and microfluidic devices.
• Set strategy, define objectives, hire and develop staff, and ensure on-time delivery with quality targets.
• Collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps, optimize capacity, yield, and costs, and transfer processes to high-volume fabs.
