Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Dependable transportation with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in a home setting.
• Treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication issues, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and care teams in home health/hospice settings.
