Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes across various settings, including single-family and multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care. The role focuses on language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, often following stroke or progressive conditions.

Applicants must hold a current state SLP license and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive in diverse weather.

Competenze

• Current SLP license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience providing speech-language pathology in home health preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
