Precious Care ABA is hiring in Newark to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing plans under BCBA supervision, and helping them communicate, socialize, and gain life skills.

We offer flexible schedules and the chance to grow your career with ongoing BCBA support, mentorship, and opportunities to advance, with compensation ranging from $20–$30 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours.
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to complete required documentation.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs and families.
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small.
