Job summary

Precious Care ABA is hiring one-on-one ABA therapists to work with children with autism in their homes in Hamilton, NJ. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, helping clients communicate, gain independence, and learn life skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive $20–$30/hour pay based on experience, and ongoing BCBA mentorship to support your professional growth and career path.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• English reading/writing to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs
• RBT career path with support to earn your RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document progress
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
