Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks a Healthy Aging Program Coordinator to oversee the DAS-funded meals program, serving over 6,000 meals monthly at Canon Kip Senior Center, 1064/66 Mission, and The Granada Hotel in San Francisco.

This fully onsite, client-facing role requires in-person service delivery, data collection, survey coordination, and collaboration with the Directors to reduce waste and ensure QA across sites. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year in program coordination or related field.
• Experience with populations experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and educational aspects of the DAS-funded meals program at three sites.
• Collect daily meal recording data from all sites.
• Ensure accurate meal recording and proper lunch service protocols; gather consumer feedback.
• Facilitate distribution and collection of the annual consumer survey.
• Work with directors to identify and reduce waste.
• Coordinate collection of monetary contributions according to program rules.
• Support site data entries for intakes, annual assessments, and quarterly recertifications.
• Assist third‑party organizations to facilitate nutritional education sessions.
• Act as liaison between ECS kitchen and sites for QA.
• Ensure required signage at all sites.
• Attend staff and community meetings as needed.
