Qualifications

• Two years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Washington State Food Handler’s card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support Meals on Wheels staff and volunteers.
• Oversee daily operations including meal delivery coordination and client services.
• Maintain on-site presence during meal delivery days (Tue–Fri).
• Develop and maintain SOPs; ensure contract and grant compliance.
• Collaborate with staff on budgeting, reporting, and service improvements.
• Address client concerns and coordinate special accommodations.
• Assist with fleet maintenance and monthly department reporting.
