Job summary

Hope for Justice is seeking a US MEAL Manager to lead Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning across US programs. You will shape MEAL strategy, develop systems, and embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with US program teams and the global MEAL function to strengthen data collection, analysis and evidence of impact, ensuring donor reporting readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEAL strategy and system development.
• Ability to translate program data into actionable insights.
• Proven skills in data analysis, reporting and learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage US MEAL strategy and system development.
• Support routine programmatic reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee PMDPro/MEAL DPro adoption for US/UK.
• Develop theories of change, logic models and results frameworks.
• Lead on adult survivors of trafficking initiatives.
• Commission and manage external evaluations as needed.
• Coordinate donor audits and site visits.
