Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director, Middle East to identify and develop prospects across the region. You will lead strategy, capture planning, and partnerships while working with government channels to shape requirements for AV products.

You will analyze markets, gather customer insights, and drive sales growth with a focus on international expansion and major opportunities. Board-level presentations and cross-functional teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive BD experience with regional customers in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to write proposals and win contracts.
• Understanding of USG acquisition and program planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture strategies and execution plans with win focus.
• Grows key international business through partnerships and opportunities.
• Leads forecast and AOP planning with senior leadership.
• Interfaces with government teams and identifies customers and influencers.
• Maintains relationships across customer organizations at all levels.
