Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications construction management.
• 2+ years managing field crews in OSP/ISP utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH/FTTP architectures and optical fiber practices.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of MDU projects from site surveys to testing.
• Manage engineering walkthroughs and resolve ROW issues.
• Supervise internal and external field technicians/subcontractors.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
