Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned sales leadership professional to head a team of Client Executives serving multifamily and multi-tenant properties. The role focuses on Verizon Select Home deployments, strategic planning, and access authorization.

You will recruit, coach, and manage a field-driven team, building cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GN&T, and sales channels to drive subscribership and hit KPIs. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or >=4 years of work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work/military/training.
• Experience leading a team.
• 5GH, Fios, and mobile product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen in MDU and wireless/broadband tech.
• Experience staffing, developing, and leading a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in sales or marketing preferred.
• Experience in the multi-family segment or related industries preferred.
• Experience achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Executives serving multifamily and multi-tenant marketplace.
• Create strategic plans for Verizon Select Home services in targeted areas.
• Identify property owners, build relationships, and gain access for deployment.
• Staff and build a team to drive Verizon Select Home subscribership.
• Partner with Verizon Enhanced Communities to identify properties for early marketing.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships with marketing, GN&T, commercialization, and sales channels.
• Oversee and support field sales activity and negotiate key deals.
• Lead the team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Keep the team informed and equipped with resources to drive performance.
• Travel frequently to assigned Select Home markets to coach and develop the team.
