Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced MDU Consultant / Business Analyst to drive strategic growth in residential broadband/fiber across apartment communities and multi-dwelling developments.

The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on analysis, demanding strong data skills, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, telecommunications, or related
• Direct experience with MDU, residential broadband, fiber, or telecommunications offerings
• Strong understanding of broadband and communications infrastructure in multi-dwelling environments
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives related to MDU and residential broadband/fiber services
• Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights
• Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and decision-making
• Develop data-driven analyses and translate findings into clear business recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support strategic initiatives
• Create executive-level presentations, reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to organize and interpret data
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations communicating strategy and findings
• Support business cases, strategic planning, and related deliverables
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis and efficiency
