Job summary

The CAP Center is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Training & Technical Assistance Project Manager in California. You will coordinate operational activities, conduct research, and support curriculum development and training delivery for statewide MDT partnerships.

You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, manage TA activities, and ensure timely grant reporting while traveling to support trainings and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of program or project coordination/management experience.
  • Experience with child- and family-serving systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the project and outreach to partners.
  • Support curriculum development and training delivery activities.
  • Track and deliver technical assistance and grant reporting requirements.

Job description

Program Description: The CA Office of Emergency Services (OES) Sexual Abuse Training and Technical Assistance Project is a statewide initiative designed to strengthen California’s multidisciplinary response to child sexual abuse. The project will develop and deliver a new training curriculum informed by subject matter experts and field professionals and will provide training and technical assistance (TA) to multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and victim-serving agencies across California. The project includes an integrated Train-the-Trainer model, equipping participants to replicate training within their local communities and expand statewide capacity.Position Summary: The Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Training & Technical Assistance (TA) Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day implementation of the OES Sexual Abuse Training and Technical Assistance Project.
