Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator and MDS Coordinator in Connecticut. This full-time, day-shift role offers full benefits and negotiable salary based on experience. A CT-licensed RN or LPN is required, with prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee resident assessments, coordinate MDS input, and transmit MDS data to the state, while scheduling quarterly and annual care plan conferences. Join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in CT.
• MDS experience in a long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of Case-Mix and Federal Medicare PPS processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.
