Complete Care in Connecticut is hiring a Full Time Day Shift MDS Coordinator RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator. The role requires an active CT RN license and MDS experience in a long-term care setting.

You will monitor resident assessments, supervise MDS input, transmit to the state with validation receipts, and coordinate quarterly and annual care plan conferences. Salary is negotiable with experience.

Formación

• Active RN license in CT is required.
• Strong working knowledge of MDS processes and case-mix rules.
• Experience with Federal Medicare PPS and medical reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Supervise inputting of MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain validation receipt.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences quarterly and annually.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.

• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.

• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Case-Mix, Federal Medicare PPS process, and medical reimbursement required.

• Previous long-term care experience is required.

License:

• Must have an active RN Registered Nurse License for the state of CT

• RAC-CT Certification a positive; but not required
