Job summary

Bethesda Health seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process for our skilled nursing community. In this role, you will complete and coordinate accurate, timely MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal reimbursement.

You will collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to gather clinical data, analyze outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with MDS/RAI processes and CAAs.
