Qualificações

• Must possess and maintain a current State of Massachusetts RN or LPN License.
• At least two years of experience in MDS and PPS.
• Experience with Care Planning required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and coordinate resident assessments per guidelines.
• Participate in facility survey readiness.
• Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans with interdisciplinary team.
