A nonprofit elder care community in Lexington is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) / MDS Nurse. In this role, you'll manage medical records, complete audits, and ensure the timely completion of MDS documentation while working in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. Qualifications
Active KY Nurse License is required.
2-4 years of recordkeeping experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
Familiarity with resident records and recordkeeping protocol is preferred.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain the facility’s medical records.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
Ensure timely completion of MDS assessments and care plans.
