Priority Management Group, LLC seeks an MDS Nurse at Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa, LA. You will oversee timely RAI and care management activities from admission to discharge in line with company policies, federal/state guidelines, and mandatory programs.

The role requires an active LA LPN/RN license and at least 3 years of MDS experience in a nursing facility, with training in rehabilitative nursing and knowledge of managed care rules. Equal opportunity employer.

• Must have an active LA nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Minimum of 3 years MDS experience in a nursing facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate completion of RAI and care management from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under VP direction.
