The MDS Nurse at Good Samaritan – Woodland will lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care. You’ll balance MDS duties with RN responsibilities on the floor to support ongoing care planning and assessments.

Working in Brainerd’s heartland, you’ll join a team dedicated to compassionate senior care, with possibilities for sign-on bonuses when eligibility is met and a schedule centered on weekday day shifts.

Formación

• NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience as a licensed nurse with seniors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The MDS Nurse will work 3 shifts a week as the MDS Nurse and 1 shift a week as an RN Staff Nurse.
• RN On‑call rotation.
• Assist in Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and care plan evaluations.

Educación

NLN/AACN accredited nursing program preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
