Avir Vista in Texas is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. A licensed nurse will complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure transmission and verification by the State.

Qualifications

Avir Vista is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:
