Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is seeking an experienced nurse to lead MDS assessments and care planning in California. You will ensure residents receive individualized, compliant care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires RN or LVN/LPN licensure in California, with MDS experience preferred. You will work to meet deadlines and maintain accurate documentation to support high-quality resident care.
