Job summary

EPIC Healthcare seeks a detail-oriented MDS Coordinator to join our Mechanicsburg team. The role involves overseeing accurate and timely MDS assessments per regulations, coordinating care plans, and ensuring Medicare/Medicaid compliance to optimize resident reimbursement and care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor documentation for audits, and stay current with regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Experience with MDS in LTC/SNF preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RAI process and care planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff.
