Job summary

Caraday Healthcare in Round Rock, TX seeks an LVN with expertise in MDS and RAI processes to support the Director of Nursing. The role ensures documentation aligns with federal, state, and certification guidelines and coordinates timely MDS and care plans.

The successful candidate will have a current LVN license, CPR certification, and strong knowledge of OBRA regulations and Medicaid PPS. Some weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license is required.
• CPR certification is required; 30 days to complete if needed.
• Excellent knowledge of MDS/RAI process, PPS and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Thorough understanding of OBRA regulations and the care plan process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing in documenting according to federal/state guidelines.
• Coordinate the RAI process ensuring timely and complete MDS, CAAS and care plans.
• Report trends from audits to Quality Assurance Committee.
• Manage MDS submissions and signatures per OBRA/PPS requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and stay current on industry changes.
