Job summary

Millington Health Care Center seeks a Registered Nurse with LTC and RAI/PPS experience to direct and manage resident assessments (MDS) and care plans. You will supervise development of quarterly and comprehensive assessments, coordinate calendars, and ensure timely submissions for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse preferred with LTC and PPS experience.
• Experience with MDS, PPS, RAPs processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy requirements respected.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages MDS, PPS and RAPs completion.
• Develops monthly MDS calendar and communicates assessments to the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Participates in weekly CQI and Standards of Care meetings and PPS coordination.
