Qualifications

• RN license with active state registration.
• Strong knowledge of RAI, PDPM, ICD-10, and Quality Measures.
• Experience with regulatory standards and compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data/document management.
• Strong organizational and analytical and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policy and laws.
• Interviews and trains MDS Nurse as requested.
• Plans, assigns and directs work; prepares assignment sheets with safety considerations.
• Receives calls and finds replacements for absent staff.
• Prepares performance evaluations and handles employee complaints.
• Monitors and evaluates performance; participates in performance improvement plans.
• Supervises assigned staff and ensures proper supervision of their team.
• Uses independent judgment on behalf of the organization.
