You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and family members to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates, while promoting a positive, resident-centered environment. Prior long-term care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of compliance with regulations.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and health care team.
• Ability to advocate for residents and maintain dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Document treatments, changes in condition, and medical records as required.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants to meet resident care needs.
• Assist physicians with examinations and treatments as ordered.
