Job summary

Nashua Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 292-bed facility, is seeking an MDS Coordinator to support accurate assessments and compliant MDS processes, backed by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

The role requires an active RN license (RN/BSN/LPN) and at least 3 years of long-term care experience, including MDS/RAI exposure. You will ensure timely submissions and collaborate with care teams in a regulated environment. Salary range is $35-$60 per hour, full-time.

Qualifications

• RN license active and current.
• Minimum of three years' clinical experience in long-term care.
• Experience with MDS/RAI processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Complete MDS assessments timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission.
• Prepare MDS reports for DON and leadership.
• Support audits and facility surveys.
