Signature HealthCARE of Bremen is seeking an MDS-focused Registered Nurse to lead resident assessments, ensure compliance with federal requirements, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will collect data, participate in PPS and Medicare meetings, and provide education on the RAI process while maintaining high standards of resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN licensure, has at least 1 year of MDS experience, and three or more years in a clinical health-care

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in healthcare, long-term care preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of MDS experience.

Responsabilités

• Collect information to complete the MDS using records, bedside assessment, and interviews.
• Participate in PPS, Medicare meetings, and monthly reviews to ensure billing accuracy.
• Educate interdisciplinary team on the RAI process and updates.
