Position Overview

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to assess residents and create care plans.
• Promote cross-functional communication to ensure care plans are followed.
• Ensure appropriate reimbursement for resident care services.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid state RN license
• 2+ years of MDS experience
• Experience in Long-Term Care required
