Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Tampa, FL, is seeking an RN or LPN MDS Coordinator to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's and Care Plan) in accordance with current Federal and State regulations.

You will coordinate with facility teams to ensure timely MDS completion, manage Medicare/Managed Care residents, and contribute to process improvements that raise quality of care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Six (6) months of experience as a MDS Coordinator.
• RAC-CT or RNAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's and Care Plan) in accordance with current Federal and State Regulations.
• Monitor and document the management of the Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility team members.
