Job summary

Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator RN to join our skilled nursing team. This salaried position includes training and growth into the MDS role with support.

Salary is $90,000 per year with potential Quality Measure Bonus up to $7,500 annually. The role focuses on coordinating MDS assessments and ensuring documentation and compliance within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• MDS experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete MDS assessments accurately and timely.
• Gather clinical information from residents and the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate MDS scheduling and ensure documentation is completed.
• Monitor assessments for accuracy and compliance.
• Support quality outcomes and appropriate reimbursement with nursing and other departments.

What We're Looking For

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with clinical documentation
