Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Registered Nurse with MDS experience to coordinate resident assessments and care planning in Gorham, ME. The role emphasizes timely ARD selection, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family involvement in care conferences.

You will lead education for nurses and CNAs on RAI processes and HIPAA compliance, while supporting high-quality, resident-centered care in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and RN license required.
• 3-5+ years in MDS or related field preferred.
• RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Proficient in RAI/MDS process and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the resident assessment process per regulations and company policy.
• Schedule assessments and ensure ARD reflects resident condition.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Team meetings and care conferences.
• Educate nurses and CNAs on RAI processes and compliance.
