Job summary

Ridgeview Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Cleburne, TX is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to manage the RAI process from admission to discharge in a skilled nursing setting. You will work under the VP of Clinical Reimbursement to ensure compliance with federal, state and facility guidelines.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN or RN license in Texas, at least three years of MDS experience in a nursing facility, and knowledge of managed care rules.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license in Texas
• Three (3) years’ MDS experience in a nursing care facility
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs and policies for quality care

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge
• Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under VP of Clinical Reimbursement
