Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete MDS for OBRA/PPS/Managed Care using RAI guidelines.
• Assist with care plan scheduling and interdisciplinary team involvement.
• Assign and update ICD-10 codes for admissions and every MDS.
• Transmit OBRA/PPS MDS to CMS per Federal guidelines.
• Oversee MDS documentation and charting requirements.
