Job summary

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation seeks an MDS nurse to complete resident assessments and participate in the admission process. The position offers a stable schedule in a fast-paced, fun working environment with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Understanding Medicare, PDPM, and Medicaid criteria.

• Monitor Medicare assessment schedules and nursing documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Demonstrable knowledge of state and federal regulations.
