Job summary
Manor House Care Center in Sigourney, IA is seeking a skilled MDS Coordinator to join our caring team. You will develop, monitor, audit, and modify each resident’s care plan to meet individual needs and goals, perform resident assessments, and assist in discharge planning.
Applicants should hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license or LPN certificate, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and CPR certification.
