Manor House Care Center in Sigourney, IA is seeking a MDS Coordinator to join our caring team. You will develop, monitor, audit and modify each resident’s care plan, perform assessments and assist in discharge planning to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered RN license or LPN certificate, is a graduate of an accredited nursing program and CPR certified; prior MDS Coordinator experience is preferred. We offer competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license or LPN certificate required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR Certification required.
• Prior MDS Coordinator experience preferred.
• 1 year RN experience in SNF and 1 year CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities
