Job summary

Ross Manor in Bangor, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, seeks an MDS Coordinator / Case Mix Nurse to join the care leadership team. You will oversee resident assessments and contribute to case-mix accuracy, reporting to the Director of Nursing and supporting an interdisciplinary team.

You will coordinate the RAI process, maintain regulatory compliance, and guide staff on documentation, care planning, and quality indicators to ensure exceptional resident care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Current, active Maine RN or LPN licensure.
• MDS and ICD-10 coding experience preferred; RAC-CT certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and delivery of care skills.
• Knowledge of geriatric healthcare needs and long-term care regulations.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
