PADONA is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator to lead the Resident Assessment Process at Chambers Pointe Health Care Center. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN in Pennsylvania with expertise in long-term care nursing and infection control.

Reporting to the Administrator, the MDS Coordinator serves as the Resident Assessment Coordinator and Infection Control Preventionist at Chambers Pointe Health Care Center, overseeing and ensuring the accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Process while managing oncall responsibilities with a commitment to excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Commonwealth of PA as a Registered Nurse (Required)
