Brookview Personal Care – Village Square in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant to provide care, support and companionship to residents. The role involves assisting with ADLs, feeding and personal care, while fostering a warm and respectful living environment.

Qualifications include minimum 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and prior healthcare or senior living experience is preferred.

The Resident Assistant will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL's, feeding, personal hygiene, activities and companionship.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
