Job summary

North Auburn Care in Auburn, WA seeks an MDS Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. LPN or RN licensure required, with MDS 3.0 experience and English proficiency; pay range is $42.00-$55.00 per hour, DOE.

The coordinator will manage the RAI process, ensure accurate assessments and documentation to support appropriate reimbursements, and collaborate with care teams to maintain compliance and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it.
• Previous MDS 3.0 experience required.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements.
• Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident.
• Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided.
• Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy.
