Job summary

Oak River Rehab in Anderson, California, is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to lead our clinical assessment and care planning efforts. This full-time role requires an active LVN or RN license and experience with MDS processes. Starting pay is $45.00 per hour, with the opportunity to grow with experience.

Qualifications
