You will review medical records and team documentation to ensure information supports the MDS coding and reflects residents’ care needs, working within a compassionate team focused on residents and families across Florida.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1-3 years of MDS experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating MDS assessments and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete required MDS assessments for residents. Make sure they are accurate and submitted on time to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Check medical records and team documentation to ensure the information supports the MDS coding and reflects the resident’s condition and care needs.
